Steps to Transfer to Justenglish
A. Meet with Our Program Specialists
Our program specialists are here to guide you through every step of the transfer process. They’ll help ensure your transition is as smooth as possible and answer any questions you may have.
B. Submit Your Application
You can begin by filling out our application forms and prepare the documents stated below:
Document List for Transfer-in Application:
1. Completed Transfer-in Form
2. The Transfer-in Form should be taken to your current school. The DSO (Designated School Official) at your current school must authorize the transfer.
3. Copies of your passport
4. Form I-94 (Download the form at i94 website)
5. Bank statement showing that you have sufficient funds.
6. Signed Enrollment and Refund Policy
If the applicant is sponsored by a third party:
1. If the sponsor is not a U.S. citizen, the Affidavit of Support on the application form must be signed.
2. If the sponsor is a U.S. citizen, Form I-134 must be downloaded from USCIS website, completed, and signed. The sponsor must also provide a copy of their previous year’s income tax returns.
3. The sponsor must provide a bank statement showing sufficient funds.
Registration Fee: US$ 150.00
Please note that the registration and service fee is non-refundable.
Service Fee: US$ 50.00
C. Complete Your Placement Test
Upon arrival, you’ll complete a two-phase placement test consisting of a written and an oral assessment, conducted by our head teacher. This process ensures you’re placed in the most suitable level for your current English skills.
D. Begin Classes and Join the Justenglish Community
From the first day of class, you’ll be integrated into a supportive learning environment. Our classes, based on the CEFR European Framework, provide clear and objective assessments.
Our program specialists are here to guide you through every step of the transfer process. They’ll help ensure your transition is as smooth as possible and answer any questions you may have.
